Join a guided walk of Riga’s Old Town to see medieval lanes, merchant houses and the House of the Three Brothers. Visit the great Riga Cathedral (Domkirk), then continue to the UNESCO-listed Central Market.

Inside vast halls fashioned from former airship hangars, meet traders and sample local delicacies—perhaps rye bread, smoked fish or farmhouse cheeses. The aromas of dill, smoke and caraway mingle with lively chatter in this everyday temple to Latvian produce.

Embark on a panoramic walking tour, ascending cobbles to Toompea Hill viewpoints for sweeping vistas of red roofs, spires and the Baltic shimmer beyond the walls. Descend into the lower town’s arcaded lanes.

Conclude at Town Hall Square, framed by gabled guildhalls and Hanseatic warehouses. Your guide weaves stories of merchants, crusaders and city autonomy that shaped this remarkably preserved Gothic and Renaissance streetscape.

Stroll the fairy-tale Old Town with a Local Specialist and hear about centuries of Estonian arts and crafts. Trace the legacy of guilds along vaulted passages and shop-lined courtyards.

In and around St Catherine’s Passage, browse ateliers known for amber and silver workshops, hand-loomed textiles and leatherwork. Learn how Baltic resources and Hanseatic trade routes forged a craft culture that still thrives behind timber doors and stone arches.
