Ryde Seafront & Historic Pier
Explore the classic resort town of Ryde, where long sands and an elegant promenade frame views across the Solent. Amble the waterfront to the Grade II–listed Ryde Pier, the UK’s oldest seaside pier, and pause for photos and reflection along the esplanade’s broad vistas and sea air.
Wander past independent shops and the Victorian Royal Victoria Arcade, and watch the island’s famous hovercraft glide ashore. This gentle coastal visit captures Ryde’s blend of seaside bustle and heritage charm, perfect for a relaxed half-day by the water.
Shanklin Old Village & Seafront
Discover Shanklin’s postcard setting, from Shanklin Old Village with its thatched cottages and tea gardens to the seafront esplanade overlooking Sandown Bay. Wander the thatched lanes, browse boutiques and cafés, and soak up the classic seaside atmosphere along the broad, breezy shore.
Step into a place where Victorian holiday traditions live on. The village edges a historic wooded gorge, Shanklin Chine, first opened to visitors in the early 19th century, adding a whisper of romance and natural drama to this much-loved corner of the island.
Norton Grange Hosted Activities & Leisure Facilities
Make the most of your adults-only coastal base with a varied programme of country pursuits and relaxation. Join hosted taster sessions in archery, crossbow or rifle shooting, try bowls, croquet or putting, follow self-guided coastal walks and cycling routes, or unwind in the indoor heated swimming pool and sauna. A gentle grounds tour reveals the property’s landscaped setting.
Activities are included in your stay and arranged on arrival (subject to schedule, minimum numbers and Warner’s terms). Whether active or leisurely, this is an easy way to personalise your island time without leaving the resort.
Evening Entertainment at Norton Grange
Settle into convivial nights of live evening entertainment at your Warner resort. Expect a polished rota of comedians and singers, tribute acts and cabaret shows, staged in comfortable lounges and theatres designed for relaxed, adults-only enjoyment.
This is British variety with a coastal twist: an easy-going atmosphere, professional production values and time to chat over a drink between acts. It’s the perfect way to round off each day on the Isle of Wight without stepping beyond the resort.
Island Highlights Tour: Alum Bay, Newport & Yarmouth
Experience the island’s headline scenery on a panoramic circuit featuring a photo stop at Alum Bay for sweeping views of The Needles chalk stacks and lighthouse. Take in cliff-top and downland views, coloured sands and wide coastal panoramas that define the Isle of Wight’s west.
Enjoy time in Newport, the county town with Georgian and Victorian streets around St Thomas’ Square, and continue to Yarmouth for harbour vistas, its timber pier and Tudor-era castle. This tour is at additional cost and bookable on tour with your team.
