Salzburg Hosted Day Trip
Explore the baroque heart of Salzburg on a hosted day trip, with time to wander the Salzburg UNESCO-listed Altstadt and café-lined squares. Stroll the manicured Mirabell Gardens and frame the hilltop Hohensalzburg Fortress in your photos, before browsing the ornate shopfronts of Getreidegasse.
This riverside city blends Mozart-era elegance with Alpine views; pastel burghers’ houses and onion-domed churches feel especially atmospheric in winter. Your Trip Manager shares pointers and meeting spots, leaving you free to choose museums, a warming strudel stop, or a gentle walk along the Salzach.
Bar Schöneck Themed Party
Celebrate the mountain day at our exclusive Bar Schoneck, where a high-energy themed party pairs lodge coziness with club lighting. Expect playlists that keep the après-ski energy flowing and friendly mixers that make it easy to meet fellow travellers.
This is Tyrol’s social side: wood-paneled warmth, laughter over the terrace, and a tasting flight of local schnapps available at the bar. Costumes and dance-floor bravado optional; good vibes included.
Haus Schöneck Sauna Session
Unwind after the slopes and soothe tired legs in the Haus Schoneck sauna, open late afternoon through evening. Settle into steam-warmed quiet as snow drifts outside and the Alps soften to blue, restoring warmth from head to toe.
Alpine wellness is a rhythm: heat, cool, rest. Step into crisp night air between rounds, then return to wood-scented heat to release tight quads and calm the mind. A simple ritual that complements the pace of Tyrolean winters.
Ski or Snowboard Lessons with English-Speaking Instructors
Level up your skills as you book group or private lessons with English-speaking instructors from our long-time local ski school. Fine-tune stance, carving and control on blue and red runs, or refresh confidence if it’s been a while.
Lessons typically run in blocks (often starting Sunday) and match you to ability, focusing on safe lift use and reading the mountain. This is an optional experience at additional cost, easily arranged with your team on tour.
Tandem Paragliding Over Wilder Kaiser
Trade pistes for sky and tandem paraglide with a licensed pilot above the Wilder Kaiser range. Float over snow-dusted villages and forested slopes, banking gently for sweeping views and alpine quiet far from the lift lines.
Launch sites near Westendorf vary by wind and weather, with timings chosen for smooth air and soft landings. Photos or video are often available from your pilot. This is an optional experience at additional cost, bookable on tour and weather-dependent.
SkiWelt Guided Mountain Orientation (Hopfgarten)
Join a guided mountain orientation across SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser–Brixental from Hopfgarten. Follow a local guide to link easy blues with flowing reds and pinpoint great viewpoints and huts. Get quick tips on piste maps and group etiquette while you pause for photos and reflection.
With 270 km of runs and 70 lifts, this overview builds confidence fast, from the Hohe Salve panorama to Westendorf’s tree-lined descents. Expect concise safety notes and terrain insights as Tyrolean peaks frame pale valleys and village church spires.
