Cook alongside a local chef in Hoi An during a hands-on introduction to Vietnamese flavours. Prepare dishes yourself, pick up practical techniques and taste as you work, rather than simply watching from the sidelines.

Ride pillion by motorbike into Son Tra Mountain’s winding, jungle-lined roads, leaving Da Nang’s city streets for a forested peninsula overlooking the sea. Scenic stops give you time to take in the coastline and the breadth of the views.

Often called Monkey Mountain, Son Tra rises beside Da Nang and offers a striking contrast between dense greenery and the city’s beachfront. The ride is as much about feeling that change in landscape as it is about the sweeping ocean panoramas.

Taste your way through Da Nang’s evening food scene, seeking out local favourites amid the city’s lively streets. The experience pairs regional flavours with the after-dark energy of a coastal city where casual eating is part of everyday life.
