New Year in London – Sinatra The Musical & Gala Dinner
From a morning pickup in your local area, we travel to our hotel. After check-in, we continue into London and enjoy some time at leisure or maybe have an early dinner (not included) before making our way to the theatre for the evening performance.
New Year in London – Sinatra The Musical & Gala Dinner
We set ourselves up for the final day of the year with breakfast at our hotel before we head into Windsor for a few hours of sightseeing. There is plenty to discover in this royal, riverside town – be sure to take a festive photo in front of Windsor Castle’s beautifully decorated Christmas tree before we head back to our hotel in mid-afternoon. There’s time to change into your partywear before joining our gala dinner in the hotel restaurant, which is followed by a special New Year’s Eve disco and a glass of Buck’s Fizz to toast the arrival of 2027. Cheers to that!
New Year in London – Sinatra The Musical & Gala Dinner
Following breakfast at the hotel, we make our way back into central London for some time at leisure. Spend it as you please: whether you fancy discovering famous landmarks or indulging in some retail therapy, there is something for everyone to enjoy. In the mid-afternoon, we re-join the coach for our journey home.
New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner, Disco & Midnight Toast
On the evening of day 2, change into partywear and join our gala dinner in the hotel restaurant. Savor a festive menu as conversation hums and toasts ring around the room, then head to the dance floor for a lively New Year’s Eve disco. The atmosphere is warm and celebratory, with the convenience of your room just an elevator ride away.
As midnight nears, gather with fellow travellers to raise a glass of Buck’s Fizz at midnight and welcome 2027. Without the crush of city crowds, you can enjoy a relaxed countdown, music, and good company—an elegant close to the year before a restful night.
London at Leisure: Landmarks & Shopping Time
Make the most of London with time at leisure—briefly before the show on day 1 and again on day 3. Map your own route to icons such as the Houses of Parliament and Big Ben, Buckingham Palace and Trafalgar Square, or browse the covered market at Covent Garden. Shoppers can seek winter bargains along Oxford Street and Regent Street, where window displays and lights brighten the season.
Prefer a riverside ramble? Trace the South Bank for skyline views of St Paul’s Cathedral and the London Eye, and take time to enjoy a free afternoon at your own pace. This open schedule lets you experience London’s layers, from Roman Londinium to modern London, and return to the coach with photos and stories that reflect your interests.
West End Ticket Upgrade (Seating Enhancement)
Enhance your theatre night on day 1 with a West End ticket upgrade, moving from the included Grand Circle to Stalls or Dress Circle seats (subject to availability). Enjoy improved sightlines and acoustics that bring the musicians’ swing and the performers’ storytelling even closer, adding extra sparkle to your evening at the show.
This enhancement is at additional cost and bookable on tour; your Tour Director can advise on options and availability. If confirmed, upgraded tickets will be issued before the performance so you can settle in with confidence and focus on the music.
Windsor Town Visit & Castle Views
On day 2, after breakfast, we head to royal Windsor for a few hours at leisure. Stroll cobbled lanes lined with independent shops and tearooms, then pause for photos and reflection by the ramparts of Windsor Castle. Follow the Thames to the Eton footbridge for postcard views, or wander to the gates of the Long Walk for that sweeping perspective toward the Great Park and deer herds.
Founded by William the Conqueror in the 11th century, Windsor Castle remains an official residence of the monarch, while St George’s Chapel holds centuries of chivalric and royal history. Soak up the town’s festive touches—often including a tree on the castle precincts—before returning to the hotel in mid-afternoon to recharge for the evening’s celebrations. Please note: this visit is unguided and castle admission is not included.
West End Evening: Sinatra The Musical
On day 1, travel into the West End to join an evening performance of Sinatra The Musical. Take your included Grand Circle ticket and settle into plush seats as the orchestra strikes up, the brassy big-band sound lifting through the gilded auditorium and the spotlit stage evokes mid-century style. Your coach drops you close to the theatre and collects you after the curtain falls, making a seamless night at the show.
From Hoboken roots to Rat Pack legend, Sinatra’s story shaped popular culture. Expect signature standards, slick choreography and the polish of West End staging that keeps the focus on phrasing and swing. It’s an evening that lets you pause for photos and reflection outside the theatre lights, then return with melodies still in your head.
