New Year’s Gala Dinner, Disco & Midnight Buck’s Fizz
Back at the hotel on day 2, dress for a festive evening as we gather for a New Year’s gala dinner. Enjoy a relaxed, celebratory atmosphere before the DJ turns up the tempo for a lively disco. As midnight nears, join the countdown and raise a glass of Buck’s Fizz to welcome the year in style with fellow travellers.
This convivial celebration captures a classic British turn-of-the-year mood — warm conversation, spirited music, and a shared chorus of “Auld Lang Syne”. It’s an easygoing, social finale to the day’s sightseeing, letting you soak in the lakeside atmosphere of camaraderie before retiring, ready to greet London afresh in the morning.
Central London Free Time for Shopping & Sightseeing
On day 3, we head into the capital for extended free time to explore central London. Plot your own path: take in Trafalgar Square and the National Gallery’s grand frontage, browse artisan stalls and buskers at Covent Garden, or follow the South Bank promenade for river views of the Houses of Parliament and Big Ben. Shop the flagship stores along Oxford and Regent Streets, or linger over coffee watching the city at work.
London layers centuries of history onto a modern metropolis — from Roman Londinium to today’s global city. Use this flexible window to enjoy a free afternoon mood: pause for photos by the Thames, step into a museum, or simply drift between landmark squares before our mid-afternoon coach departure for home.
ABBA Voyage Seated Ticket Upgrade (£25pp)
Prefer to take in the spectacle from a reserved seat? Upgrade your included standing ticket to a seated ticket for ABBA Voyage on day 1. Seating offers clear sightlines to the ABBA Arena stage and screens, letting you settle in and absorb the light design, live band, and digital performances with relaxed comfort throughout the evening performance.
This enhancement is ideal for those who like a guaranteed vantage point during high-energy shows. The upgrade is at additional cost and bookable on tour with your Tour Manager, subject to availability. You’ll still experience the same groundbreaking production — simply with the ease of a designated seat as the hits roll and the crowd sings along.
Windsor Excursion & Royal Town Stroll
On day 2, we travel to Windsor for free time in this storied royal town. Amble its cobbled lanes, browse independent boutiques, and stroll the Long Walk, the grand tree-lined avenue stretching toward Windsor Great Park. From the town, admire the commanding silhouette of Windsor Castle and the round tower, and enjoy riverside views along the Thames, with sightlines across to Eton.
Windsor Castle is the world’s oldest and largest inhabited castle, home to a millennium of ceremony and state occasions, with St George’s Chapel as a masterpiece of late Gothic craft. Use your time to explore at your own pace — perhaps pause for photos and reflection by the guildhall or along the river — before we return in the afternoon to prepare for the evening’s celebrations. Entry to attractions is optional and not included.
ABBA Voyage Evening Performance at the ABBA Arena
After check-in on day 1, travel to Stratford to attend the ABBA Voyage concert at the purpose-built ABBA Arena. Your included standing ticket places you close to the action for the evening performance, where cutting-edge visuals meet a tight live band. Expect a crowd-pleasing set of classics — from “Mamma Mia” to “Dancing Queen” — as the group’s digital avatars bring the music surging back with stadium energy.
Set beside Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, the arena was designed around the show’s pioneering motion-capture technology, developed with world-leading visual effects teams. You’ll feel the atmosphere build as lights sweep the space and harmonies soar. It’s a rare chance to witness how pop heritage and innovation collide, a celebratory prelude to the New Year that invites you to pause for photos and reflection before returning to the hotel.
