Additional information

  • 3 Dinner (D)
  • 10 Breakfast (B)
  • Athens: You’ll find a standard seat reserved for you while you’re sailing between the mainland and islands. (Mhm, travelling just like the locals!)
  • Athens: Looking to disconnect from the world (and connect with your new travel pals)? Ferries are the place to be. The Wi-Fi and phone signal when sailing between islands (understandably) tends to be weak. That’s why we always recommend using an e-SIM or getting a local SIM so you can have continued connectivity. But there’s no need to worry if you don’t have one. All accommodations throughout the trip will have Wi-Fi available – so you can keep your Insta followers updated on all the fun!
  • Athens: Almost every time. Most of our accommodations tend to have pool facilities. But hey, you’ve got the sparkling Aegean waters of Greece by your side. So if you wanna take a swim, you’ve got the entire sea to explore.
  • Athens: Ferry departure & arrival timings tend to change for every trip. So if you’d like to know the exact time, you can contact our 24/7 customer service centre.
  • London: A modular trip means fellow travellers will join and leave at various locations. There’ll be some goodbyes, sure, but there’ll also be plenty of hellos with new like-minded travellers.
  • Mykonos: Paradise Beach in Mykonos is one of the most iconic beaches, not only in Greece, but in the world! And this resort is right on the beach. Think gorgeous sunset views and direct access to the beach.
  • Athens: All aboard! Time to sail from Athens to Mykonos, checking out that glittering sea view as we go. Includes reserved seating.
  • Mykonos: We’ll set sail from marvellous Mykonos to perfect Paros, with reserved seating included.
  • Paros: We’ll board the ferry in Paros and set sail for the sultry island of Santorini. With reserved seating included.
  • Santorini: Enjoy a day trip to Fira and bask in the golden sun as you walk through Santorini’s iconic white houses and blue domes. This is the perfect photo op so make sure your phones and cameras are at the ready!
  • Santorini: We’ll board the ferry in Santorini and set sail for inspiring Ios. Includes reserved seating (think of us as your Ferry Godmother.)
  • Ios: We’ll board the ferry in Ios and head back to where we started: the lovely Athens. Includes reserved seating.

Contiki

Sail around Paros and nearby islands on a full-day outing devoted to the Aegean coast. Spend time sunbathing, relaxing on board and swimming in the sea as the island scenery unfolds around you.

Seeing the Cyclades from the water reveals the coves and shorelines that define island life here. This optional sailing experience is at additional cost and bookable on tour; the exact route and swimming opportunities may depend on conditions.

Cruise off Santorini in the evening and take in views of Fira from the water. The island’s white buildings stand high above the sea, offering a different perspective from a walk through its streets.

Santorini’s steep coastline is the edge of an ancient volcanic caldera, a landscape best appreciated from both land and sea. This optional cruise is at additional cost and bookable on tour.

Visit Oia, the Santorini village known for its whitewashed lanes and caldera views, and spend time at one of the island’s black-sand beaches. The outing brings together two striking sides of Santorini: its clifftop architecture and volcanic shore.

The dark beach sand is a visible reminder of the volcanic activity that shaped the island. This optional visit is at additional cost and bookable on tour.

Head out on a speedboat safari around Ios for an energetic way to experience the island’s coastline. Take in rugged shorelines from the sea, with the outing offering a change of pace from a beach day.

Ios’s coves and clear Aegean waters give the trip its scenic appeal. The route and any swimming stops depend on local conditions and the operator’s plans. This optional safari is at additional cost and bookable on tour.

Share an optional farewell dinner with your fellow travellers in Athens. It is a chance to gather around the table, reflect on the islands visited and spend an evening together back in the Greek capital.

Unlike the included welcome meal, this final group dinner is a choice for travellers who would like one more shared occasion. It is at additional cost and bookable on tour.

Meet your Trip Manager and fellow travellers in Athens for an introduction to the Greek island journey. Hear what to expect, get to know the group and share an included welcome dinner together.

It is a relaxed chance to make connections before travelling across the Aegean. The evening centres on conversation and a shared meal rather than a formal sightseeing programme.

Explore Fira, Santorini’s clifftop capital, on an included day trip. Walk among whitewashed buildings and blue-domed churches, with places to pause for photographs above the deep-blue Aegean.

The town sits high on the rim of Santorini’s volcanic caldera, giving its lanes and terraces their distinctive views. Take in the contrast between bright Cycladic architecture and the dark volcanic landscape that shaped the island.

Join a locally guided evening walk through Mykonos Town, exploring its narrow cobbled streets after dark. See the whitewashed Cycladic buildings in the evening light and discover the town’s winding lanes with someone who knows them well.

The compact old town was shaped by island life and maritime trade, while its close-set houses create a lively setting for a night-time stroll. This optional experience is at additional cost and bookable on tour.

Visit a family-run winery on Paros as part of an island outing that also takes in a local village and the fishing village of Naoussa. The varied stops offer a closer look at Paros beyond its beaches.

Paros has a long wine-growing tradition, while Naoussa’s harbour recalls its fishing heritage. Explore the contrast between village life and the waterfront on this optional excursion, which is at additional cost and bookable on tour.

Attend a Greek wedding-themed experience on Santorini for an evening centred on celebration. Expect a lively atmosphere and the possibility of plate-smashing as part of the festivities.

Wedding celebrations offer a playful introduction to the communal spirit often associated with Greek gatherings, where music and shared enjoyment bring people together. This optional experience is at additional cost and bookable on tour; specific performances and activities may vary.

Choose to visit the Acropolis of Athens and explore the ancient citadel rising above the city. Its most recognisable monument, the Parthenon, was built in the fifth century BCE in honour of Athena.

The hilltop ruins offer a tangible connection to classical Athens and wide views across the modern capital. This is an optional visit, at additional cost and bookable on tour; check the available arrangements with your Trip Manager.
