Schönbrunn Palace Guided Visit
Explore Schonbrunn Palace with a Local Expert, stepping into gilded ceremonial rooms and the private apartments of Emperor Franz Joseph and Empress Elisabeth. See the Hall of Mirrors, where Mozart performed as a child, and the lavish Great Gallery.
The palace was a centre of Habsburg court life for generations. Its rooms reveal how imperial ceremony, political power and personal tastes shaped one of Europe’s most influential dynasties.
Vienna Ringstrasse Panoramic Tour
Join a Local Expert for a panoramic tour of Vienna’s Ringstrasse, the grand boulevard laid out where the city walls once stood. See the Vienna State Opera and Hofburg Imperial Residence, along with the Parliament Building and City Hall.
The boulevard’s monumental buildings reflect Vienna’s ambitions in the final decades of the Habsburg Empire. In Advent, festive lights bring warmth to its imposing architecture and surrounding parkland.
Viennese Christmas Market Visit
Browse a Viennese Christmas market amid illuminated stalls offering seasonal gifts and warming treats. Take in the scent of spices, the glow of decorations and the bustle that makes Advent a distinctive time to visit Austria’s capital.
Vienna’s festive markets draw on a long tradition of gathering outdoors during the winter season. This market visit offers a chance to experience that tradition at your own pace, surrounded by the city’s seasonal displays.

Meet a market stallholder with your Travel Director and taste a winter dessert with fragrant Gluhwein. Spiced with warming flavours such as cinnamon, clove and citrus, the mulled wine is part of the atmosphere of Salzburg’s centuries-old Advent market.
Seefeld Horse-Drawn Carriage Ride
Ride in a traditional horse-drawn carriage through the Alpine surroundings of Seefeld, a Tyrolean village set among mountains and valleys. Meet your coachman and take in the winter landscape at the measured pace of the horses.
The carriage offers a quieter perspective on this high-altitude region, known for its mountain scenery and winter-sport heritage. Settle in for views of the Tyrolean countryside rather than seeing it only through a coach window.
