Cape Town Mini Break | 2027 route map

Buckle up, explorers. Our adventure through South Africa’s shining capital begins today. Drop your bags off at the hotel where you’ll meet your Trip Manager & Contiki fam. Tonight, we’ll grab walkabout dinner. Spend some time with your new crew. Eat your heart out (and catch some sleep!). We’ve got a full day of exploring tomorrow.

Morning! It’s time to leave your breakfast table for another one. Today we’re riding a cable car to the very top of Table Mountain! After that, we’ll explore Cape Town’s hotspots (with a local guide, ofc). You’re free to spend the rest of the day however you like. How about visiting V&A Waterfront? Or taking a township tour to learn more about the Apartheid period? Whatever you do, don’t forget to save some space in your tummy for a MasterChef-style cooking class that you definitely wouldn’t wanna miss.

Meals: Breakfast

Wanna take advantage of Cape Town’s coolest local excursions? Today’s the day. You can choose to ride along the scenic cliffs of Chapman’s Peak, all the way down to south-western tip of Africa (AKA Cape Point). And then, we’ll stop off at Boulders Beach to admire a colony of adorable African penguins – with a chance to go kayaking with them too! What next? How ’bout wine tasting (with a view) to round off an incredible day?
